  • This smooth house blend and what your favorite morning drip is made from right in our shop. A medium roast that is a well-balanced blend of Honduran, Guatemalan and Ethiopian beans giving notes of chocolate, caramel and orange to compliment your cup any time of day.

  • This unique blend is used at One Trick Pony for all of your espresso based drinks. We believe she can cover every turn and is great as a drip, espresso or even a cold brew concentrate- a true triple crown winner in our eyes! Made with a bold combo of Brazilian, Honduran and Ethiopian beans giving rich tasting notes of dark chocolate, lemon zest and hazelnut.

  • Decaf made from single origin dark roasted Brazilian beans. This gives tasting notes of dark cocoa, molasses, and tart cherry and is perfect as your relaxing day starter or an after dinner nightcap!

We are proud to share that all of these delicious blends are locally roasted on Long Island every week and packaged for you in 100% compostable bags!
